Author: Susanna Warren (1815–1896)

Biography: Susanna Warren was born about 1815 in Edmonton, the youngest daughter of clergyman Dawson Warren, vicar of Edmonton (1795–1838). She never married and in middle life began writing religious books for the S.P.C.K. Warren lived most of her life with one or more of her siblings but outlived them all. She died on 26 September 1896 in Croydon.
