Biography: Eleanor Orlebar was born on 31 January 1813 in London, the daughter of John Kingston and his wife Harriet Ann. In 1838, she married clergyman Cuthbert Orlebar and the couple had six children. In addition to a collection of poems, she wrote two works of fiction. She died on 11 May 1883 in Paddington.
