Author: John Tillotson (1830–1871)
Biography: John Tillotson was born around 1830 in London, the son of portrait painter John Tillotson. He became a journalist and editor of Cassell's Illustrated Family Paper. In addition, he wrote several books including one historical novel. He married but the marriage was childless. Tillotson died on 13 May 1871 in Greenhithe.
