Author: Helen Edith Dixon (1850–1873)
Biography: Helen Edith Dixon was born in 1850 in London, the eldest daughter of author W. Hepworth Dixon. Her sister was the author Ella Hepworth Dixon. As the child of a literary man, she had a cultured upbringing. With her friend Mary De Morgan she co-wrote a collection of stories. Sadly, she died soon after on 26 April 1873 in London.
